Selva Ganesh, MD FACOG

With more than five decades of experience, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist Selva Ganesh, MD, FACOG, is a leading provider of person-centered women's care in the Boynton Beach, Florida, area. Upon graduating from medical school, Dr. Ganesh completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He went on to complete fellowship training there as well. 

For more than 10 years, Dr. Ganesh has worked as the course director for the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. Dr. Ganesh serves as the chairman of the obstetrics and gynecology department at Bethesda Memorial Hospital in Boynton Beach, Florida, a role that allows him to guide high-risk pregnancy care and women’s health education. 

With his extensive background as an esteemed medical educator, Dr. Ganesh has earned many awards and accolades. He was the first University of Miami Community Preceptor to earn induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha, the highest honor society in the medical field. 

With his long history of exemplary medical care for women, Dr. Ganesh is a trusted physician for multiple generations within the same families. Dr. Ganesh has been a women’s health proponent for his entire career, and he tirelessly advocates for minority students who are interested in the medical field.
